Mr. Joseph Emanuel is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Sagicor Life Insurance Company and joined the company in 2024.

Mr. Emanuel joined Sagicor from Prudential Financial, where he served in a number of senior leadership roles in law and compliance over nearly 19 years. His last role being Senior Vice President, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. Prior to Prudential, Mr. Emanuel held various law and business leadership roles at Jackson National, including Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer of Jackson National Life Distributors and National Planning Holdings. He began his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio.
